-Analyzing data produced through Human Capital processes to identify trends, issues, root causes and provide recommendations based on findings.-To collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources and prepare/deliver executives reports based on key Human Capital processes and performance indicators.-Creating and maintaining reports, trackers and dashboards to ensure data on key processes is readily available.-Developing and implementing solutions towards process automation and other efficiencies and contribute to their adoption and effective execution.- To support the planning, execution and follow up of local, regional and global Human Capital projects.

Overall responsibilities:-Maintaining adequate proficiency and continuously develop areas of expertise which include a detailed understanding of the product being supported and established processes and procedures.-Communicating solutions and trends to supporting teams when required.-Established individual performance targets, which include customer service, productivity and quality standards.-Keeping account information confidential, protect it from unauthorized use, ensure it remains in Account area only.-Attending external and internal calibrations to identify root causes and plan and coordinate actions accordingly.-Analyzing Customer Satisfaction surveys results to determine and communicate drivers and trends for customer dissatisfaction to supporting teams.
