Senior ITSM Engineer & Product Developer for over 30 years working for major corporations and as an independent contractor worldwide.Recommendations and awards from managers and co-workers are confirmation of my strong work ethic and team player mentality.Since 1991 I have worked, in some capacity, with HPE Service Manager (legacy HP ServiceCenter & Peregrine PNMS). Prior to GreenLight Group I spent 1.5 years working as an independent contractor for HPSM. Prior to that I spent 3+ years working for HP Enterprise as an ITSM Engineer & Team Lead supporting our internal ServiceManager application as well as our global SaaS customers. For the 8 years prior to working for HPE I provided sole ServiceManager development and system support for SolarTurbines, Inc.From 1995-2005 I provided ServiceManager consulting for some of the largest corporations nationwide. I have also worked with international clients.
