Prior to GreenLight Group I spent 1.5 years working as an independent contractor for HPSM. Prior to that I spent 3+ years working for HP Enterprise as an ITSM Engineer & Team Lead supporting our internal ServiceManager application as well as our global SaaS customers. For the 8 years prior to working for HPE I provided sole ServiceManager development and system support for SolarTurbines, Inc.From 1995-2005 I provided ServiceManager consulting for some of the largest corporations nationwide. I have also worked with international clients. My contracting as a software developer over the past decades has allowed me to build a solid base in project management, documentation, UAT, training and system management.Of note, I was the original Change & Request management developer of what is now OpenText ServiceManager (legacy Peregrine PNMS).
