During my tenure with R1 I have held a dual role of both Product Management and Client Services. As the Director of Product Management, I:• Played a key role in our international expansion efforts by establishing our offshore Product Management and Technology team. • Worked alongside key stakeholders to create product roadmaps filled with initiatives that responded to current end user needs while also anticipating industry trends. • Achieved Stage 3 Meaningful Use certification making it possible for our clients to remain compliant with the program’s requirements. As Director of Client Services, I: • Served as the acting GM for the business unit.• Managed team of Client Success Managers. Put SLAs in place to ensure high levels of service which directly resulted in a 97% Client Retention rate despite the product being “end of life”. • Responsible for divesting the business unit. Efforts included, communicating sunset strategy internally and externally, migrating clients to new platforms, communicating progress with the ELT, working with Senior Counsel to ensure policy adherence, and migrated staff to new roles within the organization.

Under my leadership, a Product Management infrastructure was put in place. The key deliverables throughout my tenure were: • Stage 2 Meaningful Use Certification enabling our existing clients to successfully participate in the CMS program which led to growing our footprint nationally by 10%. • Expanded our product offering by creating and launching our Practice Management System and fully integrating it to our existing Electronic Health Platform. • Built a custom Case Management Platform for one of South Florida's largest hospital systems. • Built a custom Patient Management Platform for the largest mental health and substance abuse network in the state of FloridaIn addition to establishing and managing the Product Management team, I played a key role in the acquisition of our start up by Intermedix, Corp. Included in my due diligence responsibilities weredebt portfolio management and contract management amongst several other tasks to prepare for the sale.

As an Account Manager I was responsible for monitoring the revenue cycle health for my client base which consisted of ambulatory medical groups > 20+ providers. In addition to monitoring my client’s billing and collections, I served as a consultant providing strategic methods of achieving best practices
