- Assist in daily ticket sales for more than 300 shows per year- Deliver show information for significant national and international productions of music, dance and theater to more than half a million patrons per year- Create and maintain customer accounts for more than half a million patrons per year within the Tessitura Software- Assist in maintaining and organizing over 10,000 patron subscription files- Assist with the transition of new hires from classroom training to on-the-job training by providing guidance and critique- Assisted with the opening of the American Ballet Theater Gillespie School of Dance by providing administrative support to staff and prospective students

- Responsible for the creation and development of all ticketing procedures.- Serve as liaison between Programming Department and Tix, a cloud-based ticketing software company, in coordinating and executing event creation and management.- Oversee all ticketing inventory management by loading and maintaining each performance within the Tix software.- Coordinate with box office manager all ticketing operations including the operation and administration of four venue box offices in various locations around the city.- Work directly with various department directors on sales campaign, including all policies associated with festival passes and single ticket sales.- Responsible for maintaining communication with Executive Director in order to establish ticketing holds, offers and discounts.
