Eva's is a Hungarian pastry company famous for its Chimney Cones aka "Doughnut Cones". It originally launched as a food truck in Toronto in 2015 and has quickly expanded to bricks and mortar with multiple locations. As one of the co-founders, I strategise and implement all brand, marketing and communications activities. I also contribute to overall business strategy.

Worked with the co-founders since the agency launch – including everything from company brand identity and website, to awards, to tender responses, to digital strategy, to content production, to interactive digital design.Developed and led training programs, did multiple speaking engagements and contributed to more than 100 awards.

Oversaw operations of Bauer Custom Media’s and Bauer Books' digital titles, including Qantas Travel Insider, Smarter Business Ideas (Telstra) and Australian Women's Weekly Cookbooks. Managed a team of online editors; developed editorial and creative strategies, social media directives, and new business strategies.Also worked on mobile content strategy for the viewa augmented reality app across all ACP Magazines titles.

Was responsible for operations of qantas.com/travelinsider, including updating with content from Qantas The Australian Way, commissioning and writing web-exclusive content and managing the strategy and execution for the @qftravelinsider Twitter account.

Worked in a team of five that was responsible for all aspects of this large and complex week-long event that included everything from promotion and sponsorships, to securing large venues for film screenings, parties and art shows, to ticketing, to managing the finances, and much (much!) more. Successes include: wide coverage in mainstream media (SBS online and Television), a 200% increase in profits year on year and paid sponsorship from large organisations such as City of Sydney, Onitsuka Tiger, Tiger Beer, Crumpler and Rapha.

Editor of Welcome to luxury travel series. Complied seven international travel guides for the five star market, including launching a 300-page bilingual title, Welcome to China. This role presented the opportunity to cover the 2008 Australian open and interview players including Sam Stosur and Ana Ivanović.During this time at Niche I also wrote numerous articles for Marketing Magazine and shot a cover photo of Rafael Nadal for its sports marketing issue.

Coordinated the Introduction to Media Studies course and co-coordinated the Editing and Publishing course. Tasks included planning lessons and delivering lectures/recruiting guest lecturers, managing TAs and marking work/finalising grades for up to 300 students per semester. This was done part time while working various other editing roles. Left to focus on editing/publishing career.

Editor of a daily news website plus 2x monthly and 1x quarterly print publications for the international shipping industry (🚢 Yes, shipping, and I swear it was actually really fun).

Regional PR/Media representative. Part-time position held while completing studies.

Contract position held for four months to assist in case-study and Hansard based research on Freedom of Information policies to assist with the UK's implementation.
