With 10+ years of working experience in fashion and client service, comes having worn many hats. A few of my favorites include plus size fashion blogging, warehouse/ inventory management for ecommerce businesses, and connecting with clients to provide a personalized shopping and/or brand experience. My drive to excel can be noted with promotions at most previous employers.The fashion industry has transformed tremendously in the last 5-10 years, especially in ecommerce and retail. This presented me with a plethora of opportunities to learn which methods of communication lead to fruition on each platform. With changes to algorithms can come challenges to staying relevant on social media. In my experience, consistency and experimenting has been the best teacher. It has allowed me to strengthen my intuition and in turn gain my own group of engaging followers on social media; Personally and for my small business.TLDR; I'm an experienced client service liaison with an outstanding curiosity to lean in, learn, and grow. Especially as brands, commerce, and technology evolve.
