I've been working with the homeless veteran population for over 25 years. In that time, I have worked with organizations to help facilitate strong community relationships that serve to reduce homelessness among the veteran population and create long-term residential placement. I bring a level of tenacity to any company I work with and a passion to assist those who are not always able to help themselves. In fact, my experience working with HP has helped me in my work with non-profits and the ability to help see the 'big picture' of homelessness among the veteran population. Skills like analyzing and understanding the process of compliance audits and creating relationships that serve to benefit the residents in our care. This work has been a great combination of critical thinking and compassion allowing me to help our residents create successful life plans and lifelong outcomes for those in need.
