Responsible for ensuring smooth management and office/organizational support to Team Manager and staff. Primary duties include weekly report and agenda production including development and distribution of staff schedules, certification, managing and tracking lab reports, patient cases and doctors/nurses follow-up orders. Provide extensive communication with patients, family members and vendors. Also responsible for ensuring patient charts are updated and conform with Medicare guidelines and provision of substantive documentation for Weekly All Staff team meeting. Provide extensive back-up communication support management for nursing staff and manage and monitor their patient telephone feedback calls. Daily pace is extremely charged and fast requiring extensive multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, good supportive teamwork and an outgoing always positive approach to the work, with colleagues and with clients.Able to manage with high level of professionalism, skill and good humor.
