Develop and increase the use of business budgets.

Lead the development of strategies to optimize the control and management of the accounting, credit and collection, payroll, tax and treasury areas, in order to increase business profitability. Apply analysis of the main variations for Group Reports, Internal Control, Internal and External Audit Monitoring, Automation Process and owner of the main Financial Process and Company Reports. Lead and accompany a team of 23 people to ensure compliance with objectives.

Lead compliance with strategies to increase the performance of Financial Planning and Control, Imported Costs and Credit and Collection. Leading Business analysis processes, automation projects and continuous improvement proposals to optimize the use of resources and profitability of business processes.

Responsible for budget, quarterly forecasts and rolling forecast elaboration. Analysis and control of operational expenses and provisions as well as brand investments. Customer discounts control and analysis. Financial monthly reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet) on HFM. ERP consolidation. P&L by customer and region. SKU profitability. Work as a Business Partner with the Commercial Area in order to give accurate and precise information to increase the business profitability.

Lead the operations of the Treasury area according to the financial requirements and to assure the planning and control of the cash flow as well as the recovery of the collection, cash flow and budget management.
