Manage team of category/contract specialists with total spend of approx $650m. SAP Ariba and associated SCM process transformations.

Overview:- TCO reduction strategy (life cycle cost reduction)- Margin improvement and category spend consolidation - Opex process and system improvement- Trading agreement negotiation and management- Process optimisation (continuous improvement)- Manage supplier onboarding and consolidation - SRM (data integration and sharing, DIFOT improvements, win-win commercial outcomes)

- Tender and award of procurement packages - Monitoring head contractual commitments and potential delays. Notice of delays and Extension of time letters created and sent to client where necessary. - Implementation of inventory management strategies.- Implementation of on site consumable store including barcoding and associated procurement process and system.- Oracle ERP subject matter expert (P2P) and Smart Plant Materials subject matter expert.- Creation of P2P system workflows and approval values.- Creation and maintenance of construction work packs in SmartPlant Materials system to enable materials to be tracked against schedule and planned progress.- Working with planners P6 to forecast material availability for construction activities and expediting shortage material through expediting/procurement team.

- Tender and award of permanent and temporary material procurement packages. - Oracle ERP subject matter expert (P2P) and Smart Plant Materials subject matter expert.- Expediting permanent materials to meet schedule and required on site (ROS)- Creation in SmartPlant Materials of work packs in order to forecast material availability and shortages for site requirements. Reporting of shortages to construction to facilitate timely solution.- Setup of barcoding to track tooling and temporary materials- Creation of dummy purchase orders and BOM’s to enable tracking of free issued and fabricated material

Implementation of requisition system for Smart Plant materials to streamline the company P2P process for site consumables and temporary materials. - Company representative to work with Hexagon for implementation and roll out to projects of integrated online material requisitioning system “Kissflow”. - Allowed company to move away from paper-based requisition system to an online system.- Enabled transactional savings of roughly 40% and improved P2P approval process time by 35%.- Training of graduates in SPMAT, Oracle and other company systems.- User acceptance testing with Hexagon as SmartPlant SME for Corporate Supply Chain function.

-Rollout/training of procure to pay process in Oracle including requisitions, purchase orders, receipting, payment and closeout using the 3-way-match process.- Providing a link between the supply chain management and Accounts Payable (AP) functions to remove invoices on hold (IOH). Value of invoices on hold reduced by roughly 70%. - Key user issues identified and system “white paper" produced to avoid recurrence of issues in future.- Working with accounting department to reconcile Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) balances during the Oracle remediation project allowing for visibility and accuracy of accrual liabilities. Significant improvement to project P&L due to removal of incorrect GRNI accrual values.- Setup of Direct Oracle Access (DOA) values for projects in relation to P2P workflows and approvals.- Supplier maintenance in Oracle including supplier set-up and approval- User training in SmartPlant Materials Management System from BOM engineering to material receipt and issue to site.
