Improve Your Tomorrow is a college access and completion organization focused on young men of color. As an in-school, after school, and out of school program, we support and empower young men of color through near peer, full-time mentorship, academic study halls, member development, college advising, college trips, parent engagement, and internships. We operate a structured, scaffolded program that follows young men of color starting in grades 6 and 7 through college. Improve Your Tomorrow provides young men of color a sense of belonging and shared journeys, better preparing them for the challenges ahead.
