I have worked for Hospira, now Pfizer, for almost 14 years. I have done everything from packing finished product, prepping components in a support role, working in the aseptic fill rooms on line, training other employees as a Certified Aseptic Trainer, maintained the sterile environment as an Aseptic Quality Supervisor, served as an Aseptic SME for a remediation team, focused on "Quality on the floor" as a Quality Operations Professional and now as the Aseptic Quality Manager, I have the opportunity to be a part of high/corporate level quality decisions. In this current role, positive and lasting quality changes will be my mantra! I have been involved in many operational changes already and know the "ins and outs" of the pharmaceutical industry standards. I am currently an integral member of an aseptic technique remediation team.
