I consulted on management hires, budgeting and cost goals, and marketing strategies and also ensured all stores operated within their contracts.Assistant District Manager: where I supported the General Managers of four different locations with similar strategies as the Franchisee's, and also coached on inventory and reporting.I am a strong problem-solver and can quickly identify patterns and propose solutions who is adaptable and resourceful.
