About Karli Young
I am a senior Mechanical Engineering major at Mercer University currently working on a Mercer University research team to create and test different concrete mixtures in an attempt to improve the concrete’s durability while also reducing its environmental impact. Between my coursework and research position, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in 3D modeling and product testing, as well as improve my problem-solving skills. I have an interest in aerospace research and development and am pursuing new opportunities to gain knowledge of aircraft design and quality analysis.
