I supervised 2 direct reports and a department of 22 professional staff, and led cross-functional project teams in a matrix management system. As a senior manager in the Survey Research Division, I collaborated in managing 225 staff and $60 million in annual revenue.• Coordinated a large multiyear $13.2 million follow-up survey on sexual behavior, leading 50 professional staff and 400 front line project staff in all 50 states. Project involved coordinating nine technical units at RTI, two major subcontractors, and five off-site client groups.• Analyzed data on staff performance, timeline, deliverables, and budget compliance for multiple simultaneous data collection projects
