Karlo received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, he worked in Merchandise Planning at Mervyns and Gap, Inc. Karlo is licensed with the California Dept. of Real Estate as well as the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. He is an avid 49ers and SF Giants fan, and is a life-long San Francisco Bay Area resident.
