As the account lead for Kaspersky Lab, I managed the client relationship; worked with the client’s global marketing director to plan the company’s 3,000+ digital lifecycle assets each year; wrote the copy for and managed the design of those assets; and project managed the production of those assets. Every year I was on the account, we delivered all 3,000 assets on time and to budget.

From 2006 to 2013, I was the ‘unstructured content’ lead on the HP account, responsible for the production of everything from e-newsletters and web sites, to brochures, white papers, sales collateral, podcasts, webcasts and even executive speeches. My role varied from project to project, sometimes I’d both copy write and project manage, other times commission and edit. Before I joined the team, this revenue stream did not exist — I developed it from a beginning of just three white papers to an end net worth of hundreds of thousands of pounds a year.
