My aspirations to be creative and meet people’s needs led me to completing my BA in Marketing Management at UVU after a career change. I also love solving problems and looking for innovative and strategic ways to drive customer engagement and revenue. With a knack for all things IT, coupled with my innate desire to improve customer experiences from top to bottom, I oversaw doTERRA Australia/New Zealand web content, improved efficiencies by leveraging global competitive advantages in the marketing processes, improved international strategic development and accuracies, implemented a 360 degree feedback approach and also raised our google reviews score from 3.1 to 4.3 organically in only a few months.As part of a successful launch of a new onboarding web experience and linking service, I collaborated effectively in cross-functional teams, oversaw and created content for numerous health/wellness products, identified UI/UX pain points and bugs early on, and used compliance knowledge to ensure appropriate and yet engaging product claims and uses were applied to all SKUs in the market that resulted in a seamless and delightful experience for our customers.With a sound knowledge of digital marketing concepts and an eye for detail I will bring bold, innovative, and creative ideas that will move the needle forward.
