Me and another girl were adepts to the CEO of Sparbanksstiftelsen Skåne. During this period we had meaningful meetings where we discussed each other's challenges, goals and careers on a professional as well as a personal level.

Innovation week at the Faculty in Engineering (LTH) in Lund was a great experience! My main responsibility was hosting @Sten K.Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship and other companies before, during and after the big fair - making sure they were well informed and prepared. Companies from all fields of engineering and management were represented, and I got to do lots of logistics, organisation and networking. I also volunteered during the events like lectures, workshops and startup pitches.Innovation Week is arranged by Teknologkåren, boosted by VentureLab and is the largest innovation event held at LTH. It consists of a fair, lunch lectures and many other activities! Startups, incubators and innovative companies are invited to give a complete experience for students interested in innovation and entrepreneurship.

During my first year as a student in Lund I was involved in the student union. First as a Club Foreman, working in the bar myself and recruiting staff. After being nominated and selected I became a Club Master. This role included recruiting other foremen and administrating the schedule and budget. The role also included helping clarify role tasks, goal setting and team building in order to insure that all foremen were working as a team.

During the Carnival I was a volunteer in the section responsible for all internal events that aimed to make the 5000+ feel togetherness. To mention some of the events we organized was a ball, a show concert and an after event. During the after-event, I was responsible for coordinating a project with a budget of 30.000 SEK. I coordinated workers, did marketing on social media and created the content of the event.

Partly hired through an trainee programme called Tekniksprånget, run by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). At Autoliv I got useful insight in modern manufacturing at one of the world’s largest automotive safety suppliers company. I got the chance to try out different tasks and projects at different departments. At my main department I also got great experience of good leadership and teamwork. I also gained valuable experience in problem solving, research, project and budget planning. I also got to represent the company and trainee program at the fair "Knowledge & Future" in Gothenburg - West Sweden's largest job and education fair.
