My responsibility in this role is to determine, create, promote, deliver, evaluate and review a Regulatory Compliance Training Program which supports and fosters a compliance culture.The training program consists of a range of modules for various audiences who have a role and responsibility in ensuring the business is compliant and aware of obligations as.

Responsible for - assessing, analysing, triaging and raising system defects in relation to business requirements as part of a major system implementation - supporting and contributing to key project deliverables in relation to user acceptance testing, system pilot and risk assessment - identifying and pursuing high yield system and process changes to.

Responsible for managing and leading the Academic Services team (20 staff members, 4 of which are direct reports) to deliver effective academic services support (e.g. the management and implementation of new learning and teaching systems, program and course amendments/developments, the development of working principles) and program administrative support.

Managed a team of quality assessors and process analysts. Facilitated calibration sessions, analysed and reported on quality assessment data, identified high yielding process improvements, coordinated and oversaw the design of new quality assessment guidelines and methodologies.

Analysed, planned, designed, documented, facilitated and evaluated various training packages / initiatives e.g. inductions, training in response to change initiatives (i.e. new systems, industry changes), upskilling/refresher sessions.
