In this contract-based role, I served as the interim Employer Relations Manager. Management of Handshake, the job/internship/event database, was an integral part this role. In addition to employer work, I supported a university-wide initiative with CliftonStrengths/Gallup, currently in the launch phase. Special projects included: organization of two virtual career fair events, creation of training documents for incoming employer relations specialist, and webpage redesign.
