Thanks for your interest in learning more about my work-life.My career is intertwined across Technology, Talent and Leadership roles, love taking responsibility to start an initiative from scratch, to build the concept into a scalable repeatable system - have worked across Geos, levels and backgrounds to bring in the result.Have been fortunate to helm range of roles and responsibilities - leading large teams across geographies to being hands-on individual contributor. Held multiple client facing roles with P&L targets to lead change initiatives as part of corporate function. Working across spectrum of organizations from early Start-up to a Fortune 200.In my last role as Head Americas for Workforce Development in Cognizant - created alternate sources of Talent for Talent Acquisition - this was business critical challenge (especially between 2017 - 2022) as there was tech talent shortage in North America. This was specially satisfying as over 5000 people got opportunity to start their careers in tech. Also supported the L&D team in leading the research & strategy for systems modernization.Started working with Cognizant in 2012, with the first 3 years in Academy India where I led various portfolios including the Program Governance and Learning Solution Management. Starting 2015, have been in US supporting the Digital transformation journey and lead large scale reskilling/upskilling programs for over 10,000+ Cognizant Digital Business and Engineering teams in US.Started my career with leading EduTech companies such as Tata Interactive Services (Mumbai) and Brainvisa Technologies (Pune) playing roles including Consulting, Program Management and Instructional Design, serving organizations like UPS, J&J, Bank of America.My educational journey includes an MBA (PGDM) in HR & IT from SCMHRD (Pune) along with MSc in Communication Studies from Pune University – specializing in Video Production. I also got a few certificates under my belt like ‘Digital Strategies for Business’ from Columbia Business School, PMP, and ISO Management Representative & Internal Audit.While I keep up with the ever changing world I love to dig deep into Philosophy and Spirituality to give a solid foundation for a meaningful & productive life. Love to stay healthy and got certified as Yoga instructor, and time to time challenge myself to pick up new skills like Paragliding and Scuba-diving. I am re-exploring the world with a fresh perspective from my 14 year old Daughter – Kamakshi and share a common interest in Travel, Music and Spirituality with my wife – Sita.
