Own the technical and coordination parts of localization projects, perform and coordinate the engineering and production work. Lead project engineers and leads.• Coordinate and assign tasks to the project engineers and leads, monitor their performance, and oversee successful project delivery.• Assure the production work is being performed correctly by the global production team, according to the project instructions, per deadlines and quality requirements.• Lead weekly client production calls, as well as directly communicate with support departments, partners and suppliers.• Define localization tools and processes and cooperate in planning their implementation.

Lead the technical part of localization projects, perform and coordinate the engineering work, coordinate the deliveries from the suppliers.• Ensure proper organisation, prioritisation, and time allocation of daily and weekly tasks.• Communicate directly with clients regarding project specifics, as well as general workflows and processes, on a daily basis.• Actively participate in global production discussions, implementation of new tools, their testing and evaluation.• Coordinate and perform project engineering tasks, and monitor the performance of engineers.

Perform linguistic and functional testing on different platforms including: Web, Mobile, Gaming Consoles and Smart TV’s.• Review material including metadata (movie synopses, titles...) for accuracy, language typing errors, style, readability, natural language.• Work with the internal QC UI/Component Leads and linguistic team to test and refine the localized user experience.
