I am an experienced HR Specialist with a strong technical background and extensive organizational experience. My key achievements include building and developing the HR department from scratch, participating in recruitment interviews at all levels, and successfully onboarding and offboarding dozens of employees. I have developed and implemented processes for verifying employee engagement and satisfaction, and I have resolved conflicts while maintaining good relationships within the company.During the establishment of company values, direct contact with me was highlighted as one of the key elements of employee satisfaction, which I consider one of my most significant achievements.I possess advanced data analysis skills and a wide range of soft skills. I can effectively communicate with people, present to the entire company, organize training sessions, workshops, and large company integrations, paying attention to every detail.The most important values for me in the workplace are emotional intelligence, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to find optimal business and personal solutions. Currently, I am working on completing my engineering thesis in physics and obtaining a higher education degree in this field.
