My role is to strategically design and implement software, processes and overall flow for Soilworks’ instance of Salesforce and other systems. I draw on my past experiences and understanding of business best practices surrounding sales operations, marketing, lead flow management, lean manufacturing, accounting principles and human resource tactics. I ensure that the configuration of Salesforce and associated systems helps the entire Soilworks team operate as intelligently and efficiently as possible through continuous improvement and management of larger cross-functional projects. I create workflow processes, build custom objects, build custom applications, create and set new fields, optimize the look and field of record pages with a focus on field simplification to eliminate field fatigue.
