Main responsibilities:• management of loyalty products (Benefits & Insurances) integrated into payment cards offered by banks and financial institutions across the Central Europe,• sales of loyalty products, e.g., Priority Pass (airport lounge program), Fast Track (airport security check), concierge services, travel insurance, phone screen protection insurance for B2B clients in the banking sector, • implementation of loyalty products in the 10 largest banks in Poland, • preparing sales & marketing materials for issuers and actively presenting ideas during business meetings, • organizing workshops for issuers along with vendors and providing issuers with the highest quality services, • collaborating in the creation of product strategies and overseeing their implementation process of products,• budget and cost control, • close cooperation with the Account Management team to expand the Mastercard transaction portfolio, • collaboration with the IT team to implement products, ensuring alignment with business requirements, • managing the reporting process between the vendor and client,• maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Main responsibilities:• supporting People and Capability Team to manage several internal processes and projects,• preparing and conducting more than 70 interviews with job candidates,• organising and managing events and internal initiatives such as webinars and conferences,• establishing and maintaining successful university partnerships (e.g. SGH Warsaw School of Economics),• conducting business talks with Mastercard managers and directors,• organising employee files to maintain accurate information on Mastercard employees,• supporting with post-recruitment activities to the successful completion of all relevant documentation,• helping with the onboarding process of new employees.

Main responsibilities:• researching and creating social media content mainly on Facebook and LinkedIn,• managing a Facebook advertising - budget Ads Manager,• creating valuable copies for case studies, e.g. Hebe (the second most popular drugstore in Poland), • writing articles regarding new technological developments, digital transformation and mobile development,• translation from Polish to English.

Main responsibilities:• researching and creating social media content,• managing a Facebook advertising - budget Ads Manager,• using of video on Putney Travel website and Facebook,• managing a YouTube channel,• creating and managing an Instagram account.

Main responsibilities:• engaging creative media content for a range of audiences,• writing articles mainly focused on events taking place in London (e.g. LSE SU Polish Economic Forum 2019),• interviews with Polish artists such as Małgorzata Szumowska (film director), Mateusz Kościukiewicz (actor) and Kaja Kraska (travel YouTuber),• co-organising of Star Festival 2018 in Peterborough,• developing journalistic skills such as audio, editing, content management (using CMS),• using voice tracking.
