Program Associate
Current•Coordinating all general administrative duties for the Arcus Social Justice team, including, administering the contracting processes and developing scopes of work for consultants, tracking invoices, maintaining systems and tools for program and administrative processes, as well as drafting internal and external documents, including reports, budgets, meeting summaries, correspondence and other briefing materials, supported all in-house meeting arrangements, staff travel scheduling and logistics.•Supporting data collection for annual Arcus Social Justice Monitoring and Evaluation Reports (2018-2023). Duties include: assisting with project management and timeline creation, developing a system for information gathering and storing and efficiently reviewing and entering data into report.•Providing general administrative support around grantmaking, including: ensuring grant inquiries are received and shared with relevant staff in a timely manner; corresponding with a wide range of requests; verifying grantee compliance with Arcus requirements; managing data entry and coding in the grants database system•Providing administrative and logistical support for grantee or funder visits and related in-house events•Planning and executing external Arcus convenings involving grantees, funders, and others, ensuring that these events align with Foundation values•Managing VP of Social Justice’s calendar, including coordinating lunches, meetings and calls and facilitating and executing special projects•Implementing the Social Justice Program’s strategy in Mexico through strategic grantmaking, listening and learning.•Developing funding recommendations, inviting proposals, and writing grant recommendations that advance the Social Justice Program’s strategic goals.
