PostDoc position at CERM: molecular mechanisms in the maturation of iron-sulphur proteinsAs the post-doc fellow I am involved in the project addressing the biological and structural description of the molecular mechanisms responsible of the maturation of iron-sulphur proteins. In my work I employ molecular, cellular and biochemical approaches to produce several proteins involved in the iron-sulphur assembly machineries and then to investigate their molecular function by protein-protein interaction studies. In order to fulfill the project goals I am using a broad and competitive skill-set in molecular and biochemical approaches: - DNA techniques (PCR, cloning), - high-quality protein expression in bacterial systems,- protein purification (chromatographic techniques) , - protein characterisation (NMR, EPR, CD, Dynamic Light Scattering, UV-vis Spectroscopy).

Working as a Customer Service Representative I was responsiblefor following given processes and procedures in a timely manner and assuring compliance with rules and customer standards. My main work was consistent of contacting internal and external partners from different parts of Europe as well as providing them information about particular services and solving their problems. I was collaborating in a team of specialists ,working in SAP environment, in order to provide the best possible service to a customer.
