The student section photographer is a member of the student section public relations committee, whose mission is to strengthen the section trademark. Except the committee's common tasks, the photographer's role is to take pictures of the committed students and the events organized by the student section.

The student receptions welcomes 900 new students at Uppsala University and the project has a budget of 1.3 million SEK. About 800 people work on site during the two week long event but the planning and organizing is done by about 50 dedicated students. I was responsible for a number of activities and directed a group of 20 in different performances on stage.
