Currently working in the area of R&D Advanced Materials and Structures of the company, working as designer and review of 2D/3D models of components and assemblies in composite material according to requirements and technical documentation using CATIA V5 software. Detail the models applying general GD&T knowledge and define part list of drawing. Develop alternative solution for design problems or conflicts. Develop preliminary layouts and collaborate with team member to new or improved product/process development. Provide support for fabrication of composite parts manufactured by manual or automated lamination. Do technical interface with partner, suppliers and areas of the company. Collaborate with technical viability studies and trade-offs and search new technologies.

I worked in the area of technological developments working as create and review drawings of composite and metallic structures according specifications and standards using CATIA V5 software. Supporting in the execution of ground test and manufacturing composite parts. Register the documentation flow and technical interface with areas of the company.

Part taking in program PPE (Embraer Designer Program). During the program was developed specific technical skills and competences to systemic implementation in the several subjects team related to a design. Focus on rating the aeronautics knowledge in the structure and mechanics areas.

Develop of activities related to a production process, cost reduction with defect analysis and root cause. Visualization, interpretation of technical drawings, as creation of drawings using AutoCad / Inventor software.
