Laboratory Analyst
One of my responsibilities involved receiving and entering samples of finished products, as well as validating processes, packaging, and cleaning. This required meticulously verifying each sample received from production, ensuring the accuracy of information regarding quantity, batch, and specific characteristics. Utilizing tools such as spreadsheets, SAP software, and forms for the SeSuite software, I also prepared samples for testing in analytical, dissolution, and instrumental laboratories, storing them properly until analysis began.I played a crucial role in controlling and archiving Quality Control documents, performing final reviews, leaf counts, and organizing files for forwarding to the final archive department. Additionally, I took responsibility for the proper disposal of materials generated in Quality Control, ensuring compliance with current legislation. My duties also included the preparation of finished product samples and the execution of various physical tests, as well as the preparation of reagent and indicator solutions, essential for analytical processes.Regarding the analysis of bulk and finished products, I worked independently in analytical and dissolution laboratories, and under supervision in instrumental laboratories, using equipment such as HPLC and GC (Waters and Agilent) and the Empower software. I handled a wide range of Quality Control equipment, including dissolvers, UV/VIS spectrophotometers, precision balances, pH meters, ovens, magnetic stirrers, among others, always following the strictest safety and quality standards.Throughout this journey, I acquired proficiency in various essential software for the field, such as SAP, SeSuite, and Tiamo, in addition to familiarity with other systems used in analytical processes, constantly seeking to improve my skills and knowledge.
