BFIC aims to provide high-quality and convenient information on Chinese food to expatriates, tourists and overseas business professionals, as well as promoting Chinese food and culture to the world.My role as a Restaurant Critic was to visit restaurants and write reviews that can be found on our media partners such as China Daily, Tencent, Sohu, and Sina.As a Sales Representative, I coordinated visits at restaurants and 5-star hotels with our team of critics. Additionally, I actively searched for prospective clients and arranged complimentary reviews and follow up sales meetings with potential clients. These included the Renaissance Shanghai Yangtze Hotel, Shanghai Marriott City Centre, and The Peninsula Shanghai.
