People And Operations Lead - Slovakia
Current• Responsible for strategic HR and Operational matters at the local subsidiary of global IT consulting company• In charge of continuous improvement of people and operational processes, involved in different projects related to other departments (Finance, IT, marketing), working with external vendors and service providers (attorneys, tax consultants and accounting companies)• Full responsibility for project staffing decisions (recruitment, rotations, communication with Service Delivery Managers and Account Managers)• Member of management board, deputy of Managing Director• Advising Managing Director and local leaders on people and operational issues• Direct participation on preparation of yearly company budget and on yearly financial and quality audits• Leading a team of 5, with responsibility for their performance, development and compensation
