• Responsibility for the whole recruitment team on a site with approximately 600 employees, leading and coaching two other team members on recruitment related matters. Cooperating on regional projects focused on recruitment.• Improving the recruitment process, setting up new hiring strategy, creating and implementing new hiring policy and interviewing guide for managers.

• End to end hiring responsibility for a 250+ employee site in South Africa and three Healthcare Services projects in Qatar and UAE with more than 300 employees altogether. This included sourcing passive and active candidates, interviewing, managing the hiring process with all stakeholders, extending the offers and onboarding new hires. Host managing a team of two interns based in Bratislava.

Go to person when any issue or question appeared during all stages of hiring and onboarding.
