I plan, design, lead and execute the Teachers Network portion of the Climate Resilient Schools program, and support all other components of the programs including classroom presentations and GenCLEO. I plan, design, lead and execute the CLEO Speakers Network program twice a year and train new CLEO staff to be climate speakers. I build relationships with stakeholders in the community that are key to the Teachers Network and Climate Resilient Schools and foster new partnerships that can improve programming outcomes (teachers, principals, directors, students, administrators, and educational organizations) as well as build capacity to bring more climate education into the State Standards (CPALMS). I develop lesson plans and other curriculum materials focused on climate and environmental justice.In the Fall of 2022, I planned a climate education conference in Miami, FL with 8 guest speakers and almost 100 registered attendees and served as a Science Rising trainer with the Union of Concerned Scientists.
