CurrentAssist in the development, implementation and monitoring of accident/incident reporting procedures and risk reduction programs.Investigate at-fault parties for damages to City property, conduct research, analyze data and gather the necessary documentation to support recovery through subrogation or restitution.Gather all relevant information to request payment, settlement checks, process invoices, accounts payable and ensure that all financial records are properly recorded. Investigate claims to verify City involvement, maintain logs, files, computer databases and other records related to claims and risk management programs.Perform professional duties as assigned to support the City’s risk management for claim operations, assist with insurance policy renewals and in preparing annual insurance applications.Maintain a detailed knowledge of all policies and procedures, and build working relationships with all departments, management, and the general public.
