Current• Process Development and Optimization: Design, develop, and refine business processes, instructions, and standards, integrating international best practices to enhance efficiency within the telecommunications sector.• Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Work with stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
