BASF is the leader in gas treatment and it’s proven gas treatment technologies boast over 300 reference plants worldwide (i.e. traditional applications such as syngas and ammonia, world-scale sales gas as well as onshore and offshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities, new applications such as biogas, industrial production of carbon dioxide (CO2), in developing markets for carbon capture and floating LNG)- Perform Front-End Engineering Design (FEED)- Specialize in vapor-liquid equilibria and absorption kinetics of acid gas components in aqueous amine systems- Utilize Aspen and BASF simulation tools for conceptual studies and plant design- Provide technical support to regional business units, external contracting companies, and oil and gas corporations worldwide- Train contractors and plant operators- Troubleshoot and optimize plant operation

The objective of the diploma thesis was the investigation of membranes to separate products to drive an enzyme-catalyzed esterification in organic solvents. Completed training on SEM.• Internship at the Forest Biology Group at IPST Extraction and purification of RNA, northern + dot blots, immunohistochemistry, em-bedding and sectioning with the ultramicrotome, microscopy, image analysis and ELISA.

Successfully attended in-service training course: required in Germany to become a project leader for genetical engineering work (Projektleiter gentechnischer Arbeiten und Beauftragter für die Biologische Sicherheit (BBS) nach §15 Abs.4 GenTSV)
