In this project as a specialcause Induction Heat Treatment set-up initiated & implemented at supplier end. ( 6.5 Mn costElgi has been spent on this project based on agreements process )b) Yearly Budget: - Consolidate and get approval thru Manufacturing Engineering for VendorDevelopment whole year project budgets and monitor to effective utilizations with indepartment.c) Monitor the Vendor Dev Sub-contracting challan items and Returnable gate pass items closingprocess within the prescribed time.
