 Coordinate with Architects & civil Engineers, instruct and supervise for quality of work.  To coordinate with other design disciplines as Mechanical and Electrical Department for \ quality Assurance.  Making internal inspection first for the final inspection of consultant approval.  Management of site team, for progress of work with quality to give productivity of work.  Co-coordinating sub contracts for progress of at site and quality.. Instructing the construction department for the quality Assurance and quality of the work. Whole responsibilities for the quality of work and the progress of work. Accompany the consultant during inspections and makes sure that everything will be ready for inspection. Prepare and submit pouring requests as soon as all needed inspections are approved. Preparing Daily site activity report and site observation report and reporting the status of work to QA/QC manger.• Generating Monthly, Weekly and Daily Approved Report, Preparing look a head program for week and month.• Co-ordinate with entire team to identify the risk and resolve the issue.

 Project planning and scheduling for new projects. Planning and Day- to- Day activities of Project. Management of all work schedules, Specifications and tracking of events. Reconciliation of material and labor during and on completion of the project.  To study the architectural & structural drawings. Explain to piece workers, sub contractors, foremen’s. Report to project manager about progress. To maintain quality of all civil work . To communicate all necessary instructions to Junior engineer, Foreman , Supervisors and departmental labours To prepare check lists for all activities such as Plastering, Water proofing, Tiling And Etc,,. Maintaining record of labour co coordinating and overtime. Getting the work done in time to achieve the targets Implementation of QC procedures. Prepare unbilled/over-billed statement. Periodic monitoring and analysis of wastages over permissible limits and suggesting corrective actions to keep cost under control. Carrying out daily joint inspection of measurement. Reporting to HO on daily progress and activities at site. Review manpower and equipment mobilization to ensure civil work execution as per the schedule.  Develop and implant the strategy for optimum utilization of the resources. Ensure safety at site  Quality procedure implementation and ensure defect free work  Review and certify the contractor’s bills. Contacting the meeting with contractors in weekly progress.
