• Ensure that the department Quality Objective is achieved. • Implement the portions of Quality Control in relation to Project Execution, Design and Engineering procedures set within the QMS, and support its continual improvement. • Plan resources required to follow the QC plan on project and office. • Check and control versions, issued to client and site, during design and construction on site. • Liaise with Project Manager and other departments to establish Quality Control requirements.• Devise a Project Quality Control Plan for current projects to meet the quality objectives of the project. • Enforce the QC plan with correct and project specific procedures to be followed by QC engineers on site. • Conduct QC reviews and critical meetings as detailed in the project management procedure. • Implements a Quality Plan for the site activities and project specific procedures as required. • Review of Construction QC records, assist in the preparation of the weekly and monthly reports submitted to Project Manager• Responsible for incoming inspection of products and materials to ensure quality compliance. • Checks and controls all possible errors in all stages of Design and production in order to recognize mistakes before the work is executed. • Ensures that work activities are according to Construction drawings and check all kinds of drawings and get it rectified before starting any work to ensure that it is according to the standards. • Record finding of inspection on standardized report form and consolidate all problems found • during inspections and submit daily QC reports to ensure the Company standard and specifications for all project have been followed. • Coordinates with the client's quality personnel & Organizes the Site QC/Inspection team. • Manages the Inspection notification scheme to ensure that necessary parties are in attendance at key inspection stages • Maintains control over the response and resolution of any Non-Conformance Reports

• Prepare and Implementation of Contractor Quality Plan, Inspection test Plan & Contract Quality Specific Procedures.• Acting as the Quality focal points at site & liaison with the Client on quality matters.• Perform routine Site inspection and document result in accordance with approved ITP/QMS Procedures.• Monitoring of Civil related works as per Contract Documents. Review the Civil checklist, as built drawing and related quality control documents for final dossier.• Attend project meetings and represent all quality control issues and action.• Raising NCR’s when non-compliance is noted and close out of the actioned item with Corrective & Preventive Action.• Participating the Final line walk and punch/ Snag listing of systems/sub-systems and close out of punch list items.• Preforming material receiving inspection & verifying document like manufacturer test certificates as per Project specifications & AFC drawings accordingly.• Review the construction drawing, rising of STQ (site technical query) regarding the AFC drawing, issue to as built drawing to document controller during construction activity.• Ensure quality records, documents as required by the contract are maintained until close out report.• Ensure that all Testing equipment’s used are calibrated and with valid calibration certificates.• Raising RFI & MIR time to time according to Approved ITP to Client/ Consultant prior to release for next activity.• Conducting Quality Meeting & Training to the Contractor and sub-contractors.• Carry out the inspection for Earth works, formwork, rebar, casting of concrete, grouting, Block work, rendering, Painting, Tiling, Plumping, Fencing & Etc.• Witnessing test like Soil FDT test, Concrete Trial Mix, Slump test, Temperature Test, Cube Compression Test, Painting DFT Test, Pile Plate Load Test, Pile Integrity Test & Etc.• Witnessing Structural erection & Bolt Torque Tightening program.• Complying with HSE standards and rules.

• Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) Approved Quality Control Inspector.• Maintenance of QMS through effectively implementing the Contract Quality Plan in the Project.• Ensure all relevant updated Codes & Standards, Technical Specifications, and Quality documents are maintained at the site• Perform Field inspection & test for Concrete work, Formwork, Rebar work, Grouting, Block work, Rendering, Painting, Excavation, Backfilling, waterproofing Etc.,• Witnessing Lab Testing Cube crushing test, Soil FDD, CBR test, Pile integrity test, pile Plate load test Etc.,• Liaise with Client representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality-related activities.• Ensure all Inspections & Tests of the project activities are carried out at all stages as per the contract requirement & ITP.• Assist in the preparation of project-specific procedures, ITP, Method statements, etc.• Identify & Prepare non-conformance and assist in developing corrective actions & Preventive actions• Compile all inspection, test records for the Inspection & Test carried out, and submit them as Test Packs Dossier to the Client site representative.• Ensures the quality records, RFI, MRIR, ITR, acceptance certificates, Mechanical Completion Certificates, and the documentation for specific systems following project requirements.• Coordinate with the site QA manager for the completion of RLMU, as-built handover documentation• Conduct Quality Meetings & trainings.

• Ensure that the work has been carried out as per the approved drawing, method statement, ITP, and project specification. • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. & Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities. • Ensure that all documents, registers, and records are updated. E.g., cube register, material sampling register, water proofing register, material register, slump register, etc. • Ensure all subcontractors’ QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented, and auditable. • Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and guidelines. • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control measures.• Identify and report defects and non-conformities, and work with teams to resolve issues. • Investigate and analyse the root causes of quality issues (NCR) and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. • Material testing at the site labs as well as coordinating with the external labs.• Conduct and witness the concrete slump, cube test, temperature test, trial mix, flow test, rebound hammer test (NDT), etc. • Witnessing Construction materials testing, e.g., reinforcement steel, cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, brick, block, wood, etc. • Material testing at the site labs as well as coordinating with the external labs.• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Coordination with contractors and subcontractors to carry out technical supervision of ongoing civil and structural activities at all stages. • Determine and review the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and forecast the duration to completion of construction works and resource requirements. • Ensure work is executed as per work method statements. Comply with legal requirements and adhere to safety standards. • Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are documented. • Responsible for the implementation of the scope of work, project specifications, and in accordance with the approved project schedule. • Responsible for calculating the quantities required to execute finishing activities. • Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project. • Ensure the activities like concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, tiling, painting, door frames and shutter fixing, false ceiling, structural steel (fabrication and erection) works, roof sheeting, waterproofing, toilet works, including plumbing and its fittings, etc., are carried out as per the approved drawing, MOS, and PQP. • Prepare the method of statement, design mix, BBS, and Conduct a Trial mix. • Optimum utilization of machines, formwork material, and manpower and monitoring productivity. • Monitor and ensure that material wastes are within norms. • Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for project sites.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction activities are in compliance with the project specifications, drawings, and relevant codes and regulations. • Ensuring the work is completed within the scheduled time and plan with good quality and safety. • Manage and allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, efficiently. • Estimation of quantities of material required at site. • Prepare progress reports and updates for senior engineers and project managers. • Maintaining all records of work executed and checked, such as checklists, pour cards, post-concrete inspections, material reconciliation, JMS, bills, debit notes, etc. • Assisting senior engineers with project planning, design, and implementation. • Checking activities like concrete, Reinforcement steel, form work, backfilling, brick work, plastering, rendering, painting, doors and windows, sanitary fitting, etc. and getting them checked and approved by the client representative.
