As Application Manager for Veeva CRM, I am responsible for working with Various stakeholders in IT and Business to deliver successful projects.Key Responsibilities:- Gathering business requirement and design activities with business & IT stakeholders as part of the scrum team.- Perform resource effort estimation and solution/technical design assessment for enhancement Projects.- Perform delivery activities through Design / Build / Test / Deploy phases for regular releases and key Veeva platform initiatives.- Adept at proactively identifying and resolving dependencies and risks.- Responsible for planning and execution of Problem Management, Continuous improvement, Service Introduction, Application capacity planning, Application Performance Monitoring and Service Catalogue Management.- Report the effort and benefit to stakeholdersFunctional Skills:- Knowledge of Astra Zeneca and Commercial IT ITSM and AD processes.

- Handled Recon Anaplan tool and Informatica, Snaplogic integrations which deals with Payments and contracts.- Collaboratively worked with stake holder and Market users.- Bug fixing, RCA.

Act as SME for Veeva Data team (Europe region) handled multiple integrations build in informatica and snaplogic with Oracle DB.- Involved in RCA and provided solutions for the PI.Received Star Award & Team excellence Award.Awarded as " Lean Champion"
