• Identifying talent requirements for international positions in the organization.• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for these positions.• Conducting interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure candidates meet the job requirements and cultural fit.• Collaborating with HR teams to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to on boarding.• On Time deputing the Candidates as per the requirements from Gulf countries• Generating regular reports to provide insights to higher management and aid decision-making.• Organization's policies and practices are inclusive and respect diversity.• Regularly reviewing and updating SOPs to incorporate changes in regulations, technology, and best practices

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs• Source potential candidates through online channels• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements• Lead employer branding initiatives.• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events• On boarding and Exit formalities.• Hiring the candidates both Domestic location and Gulf countries.• Employee Attendance and Assets maintenance.
