This is quite a jump in my career from Software Engineer to lead a department of high-performance, engineers, managers and solution architects distributed across the world. Did a fantastic job here by developing this group of people into teams with structure and processes with the help of really awesome team members. All this by learning new skills on the job.

Developed software for content security products, Email Security Appliance and Web Security Appliance. Worked on some the interesting technical projects. This is one of the best teams I have seen and heard of. I got an opportunity to work with some of the great engineers and Managers. Acquired a lot of management skills by observing and from direct coaching from the line manager.

I did excellent work at IBM working in innovations team. I worked on incubation projects which later got included into products

The word "Engineer" perfectly suits. Software Engineer take part in all phases of software process. The job enables quick learning of taking responsibility and owning the problem.

It was just "Amazing". Each step was the real challenge. Every step of achievement was giving feel of success. It was really a great opportunity to work in such a place during final year of engineering. Our team did a project called Eclifox where we brought eclipse 3.2 IDE on browser. The user could remotely get features offered by eclipse.
