Responsible for Continuous Improvement, productivity Improvement, scrap reduction, Inventory control, Scrap reduction and change management inside the Assembly process.Continuous Improvement in assembly line by engaging New product development and Quality Team to meet the manufacturing KPI's.Reduced the assembly line scrap from 0.62% to 0.41% by 7QC methodology. Improved the productivity of SP2 (Kia) assembly lines by 20% thru Value Stream Mapping. Key player in monitoring and improving assembly line OEE to meet the conversion cost of the product.
