Client: AON HewittManaged 4 PeopleSoft FSCM projects for AON Hewit – 2 Upgrades, 1 Support and 1 Integration. Hewitt Internal Business System applications were upgraded on-time with a peak team size of 40 and supported the application after go-live, integrated Hewitt’s application with AON’s application to aid the merger between the 2 entities. Improved financial processes by reducing DSO from 90 to 30 days, reduced monthly closing from 5 to 3 days, reduced monthly billing cycle from 30 days to 8 days and reduced the finance operations cost from 2% to <1% of the revenue.

Client: Pfizer Inc.Project Manager for PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade involving multiple environments in different versions. As part of the Upgrade, modules in multiple instances were merged into single instance, new modules implemented, and few modules re-implemented with a 130-member team during peak. Overall Program Management, Planning & execution, reporting program progress, provided technical / functional solutions for the largest PeopleSoft Program in CSC. Project went live successfully 2 weeks ahead of the schedule. This is the key Program selected for awarding ISO 9001 for Pfizer’s location at Chennai.
