Integrations And Solutions Architect
Current* Perform architectural design work on the integration of data between WorkForce Software’s Time and Attendance with customer applications such as Work Day, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc. This includes architecture of integrations for cloud migrations. * Create and utilize methods for gathering and estimating requirements, documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.* Perform and direct the revision of existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.* Collaborate with Project Teams in the design and development of technical content defined in the Statement of Work. * Collaborate with and mentor Integration Engineers and Analysts to review code, ensure seamless integrations, and achieve improved team performance and delivery.* Manage the Knowledge Base for Integration articles, approve and edit integration related topics* Manage and handle escalations for the Integrations team* Liaison from Global Services to Engineering & Product teams on Integration subject matter* Responsible for developing and maintaining the core knowledge and best practices required for implementing and supporting the Suite of WorkForce products.* Collaborates with internal delivery organizations to identify, develop, and maintain core best practices as well as identify areas for improvement working with both Product Management and Engineering teams to drive solutions to common delivery problems. * This role is key to supporting the enablement of internal staff (e.g., Global Services and Support) as well as external delivery partners in the proper implementation approaches required to solve customers’ unique challenges.* Design, document, and develop proof of concepts for new integrations * For the integration domain this specifically is involvement with API design/development, Single Sign On/Authentication, SOAP Web Services, IVR, and other integrations.
