I am fairly certain that I am the best applicant for this position.Not only will my previous project experience be useful in this role, but so will my people abilities in molecular biology techniques like qPCR, DNA/RNA isolation.I have been worked in Mushroom cultivation. I possess a strong Technical knowledge in Microbial as well as Molecular Technology. Along with hands on experience in microbial cultures, preparation and routine microbiological laboratory techniques. I have prepared various microbial media and cultivated microbes including Bacteria and Fungi using standard microbiological methods and characterized microbes and maintained Bacterial, Fungal and Actinomycetes cultures. I have also isolated Canine Parvo Virus and extracted the DNA from Canine (Dog) for my M.Sc project. I have isolated Lactobacillus delbrueckii strain from goat milk and used its protease enzyme as coagulant for production of cottage cheese for my M.Phil dissertation. I have knowledge in performing NCBI BLAST search and Constructing Phylogenetic tree. My Ph.D work comprises Plant Tissue culture techniques (particularly in Arabidopsis thaliana COL 0), Isolation of Plant DNA, RNA, mRNA and cDNA. I have done Primer designing and Analyzing Primers for Gene expression studies and handled Quant Studio-3 and CFX-96 Real Time PCR.However, I am a self-motivated individual that strives to surpass my superior's expectations through high-quality work.Because I am a quick learner, I am able to swiftly take up business information that is relevant to my assignment.Finally, I'd like to mention that I work effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a team with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
