I head internal communication design team at ACT. I work directly for the CEO's office and the CPO to communicate our various corporate /hr initiatives across all locations that includes 8000 plus employees. The medium includes print and film. The work includes an exhaustive list of films, training films, mailers, posters, coffee table book and also designing our various internal conferences and offsites spanning more than a decade of work.

VARNAM is an award-winning social enterprise that seeks to create sustainable livelihoods for artisans in the crafts sector. It trains and works with women artisans in Channapatna to reinterpret this traditional toy-craft in the home & lifestyle space. Our work not only attempts to revive this dying craft, but has also provides sustainable livelihoods to over 30 artisans. I have also engaged with crafts with other artisans clusters in Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

A start-up, i am involved in conceptualising and executing the content strategy for ACT television right from its local cable channels to the various forms of content on its Digital and IPTV services.

I have launched and run two regional magazine-format radio station for the Worldspace Satellite Radio Network - in marathi and gujarati, Radio Surabhi and Radio Umang. These channels include a programming mix of music, literature and drama that represents the respective cultures. A fairly creative job that involved creating a localised programming mandate for the radio station. Some memorable properties created include - RC LIVE, a show that discovered several Bangalore based Indian bands, UNCLE APPUKUTTAN NAIR, a very popular on-air character who gave his insight on the smaller things in life via music, REMIX RAJA, the first-of-its-kind talent compeition aimed at discovering ocal talent

A role exclusively created to have a strategic focus on the brand as its fashion and cultural custodian. Had handled the Indian classical and spiritual catalogue of Sony Music, SONY NAD, making it one of the most profitable categories. Had created a catologue size of 500 albums across several indian niche genres like Indian classical, fusion, spiritual, ghazals & regional like marathi and gujarati.
