My work entails the development and implementation of investment and grant strategies for Asia Women Impact Fund. The portfolio of work includes identification and diligence of investment opportunities, strategizing and delivering programs to best support women entrepreneurs, and building momentum among impact investing and gender lens investing communities to build a strong ecosystem that can work collectively to maximize social impact. Prior to this, I was involved with the innovative finance project aimed at finding means that leverage on philanthropic funding and program capabilities to drive mainstream capital towards social investing. ------------The Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF) is a Japanese private foundation established in 1986 with anendowment from the Nippon Foundation to enhance international cooperation. In 2017, SPF carved out about 100 million USD from its endowment to establish Asia Women Impact Fund(AWIF).AWIF envisions a future where all women in Asia are empowered to reach their full potential. The fund aims to realize this vision by making investments to achieve favorable outcomes for women across Asia and to support women entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia.

Devised a proposal to eliminate Bead Grinding process in Fuel Tank’s production line which would offer cost savings of about 7 Million Indian Rupees • Re-designed the layouts of plant’s Assembly Supply Hubs to upgrade their capacity from 8000 Vehicles Per Day (VPD) to 9500 VPD with Zero capital investment. The proposed plan would incur cost savings of about 3.5 Million Indian Rupees.• Topped all the metrics of evaluation with full score.
