■ • Planned, conducted and managed Western Fleet operations of more than 20 Indian Naval ships comprising over 10,000 officers and men• Ensured continuous availability of critical network centric warfare assets and Fleet communication infrastructure of strategic national and naval assets• Coordinated and directed mission critical network centric operations of the Western Fleet• Led cross functional teams of officers & men, achieving near 100% Fleet Operational Efficiency• Conceptualised, designed and undertook capability enhancement of Fleet ships through timely procurement of mission critical communication and net-centric assets• Achieved large scale optimized and robust net centricity amongst all naval ships during theatre-level exercises• Led teams of over 1000 uniformed personnel as Captain of multiple frontline warships of the Indian Navy • Coordinated and led the international deployment of four warships and over 2000 personnel in furtherance of national security

■ Developed critical mission protocols & rulesets for Combat Management Systems(CMS) for naval platforms, thereby enhancing their combat capability■ Led a multi dimensional, multi cultural, cross functional team for contracting six indigenous CMS systems for Indian Navy costing over Rs 2000 crores, from conception to execution■ Accrued extensive experience in planning, management and execution of communication, space and network centric operations of Indian Navy■ Led a team of 50 officers and men for conducting harbour and sea training for over 30 warships of the Indian Navy towards making them combat worthy■ Conceptualised, planned and executed comprehensive HR management of over 3000 officers of Indian Navy, including implementation of AVSC recommendations

After being commissioned in the Indian Navy in 1989 , I served onboard various frontline warships including a deputation to the Indian Coast Guard for one year wherein , I coordinated and undertook repatriation of Indian citizens from Sri Lanka. In 1995 I stood First in the Communications and Electronics Warfare Course conducted by the Indian Navy Signal School with 94.6 %. Thereafter I served on three frontline warships of the Western Fleet as the Communications and Electronic Warfare Officer. During this period , I was also deputed to the UK Dundridge College for a course in Electronic Warfare.This was followed by stints at the Headquarters Western Naval Command as Staff Officer to the Chief of Staff and sea appointments as Second in Command and Commanding Officer of Missile Carrying warships. I was also selected for the Expeditionary Warfare Course at the Marine Corps University , Quantico USA and passed out in 2003 as the Best International Officer and Distinguished Graduate in a class more than 200 officers. I was thereafter In charge of Fleet Communications of the Eastern Fleet from 2004-2006. A stint at Naval Headquarters followed till 2009 where looked after career interests and planning of more than 3000 junior officers. I thereafter was Commanding Officer of a Frontline Missile Corvette till Jul 2010 Wherein I was operationally responsible for a cross functional team of more than 100 men and officers
